Is the rear stretched ? Is this bike to fast for someone that is starting to ride? but will not ride it like a tard?

This was dovers first bike. Lol has the person in question ever ridden dirtbikes or anything. U can easily bring the bike to stock heigh. Sell the extended swing arm for a stock one an enjoy it.
