Some of those old school, heavy, business safes you see at auctions, sound a lot better now. Opportunistic thieves probably won't mess with a cheap safe if they can't carry it. A career thief is going to get your stuff no matter what. On the other hand that's why we pay insurance. I think it's kind of a wash of a decision.

Best if u find a peep with a expired contract who doesnt care about fancy phones, and likes the phone they have, renew their contract, get the phone at a discount then activate it on your original line. It's cheaper than craigslist. What I did when my daughter wanted one. You can almost activate a family plan line, get the rebated Iphone on it, then leave the new line dormant.
