  1. I was out rabbit hunting and noticed the very, very, old, like 1930's, out of commission shallow oil well on the property spit up oil, or at least there's oil on the ground under the vent pipe thing...Gonna call it Gump oil...Or at least sit a bucket under it and see what's really going on..Never seen a thing from it in ten years. Gotta be from the drilling going on and they have not fracked yet. Stopped by the well rig nearby but they didn't want to hear about it really. Couldn't get past the security gaurd. I Noticed they're Halliburton tanks. These guys aren't playing around. Now they're drilling six holes. I need a pump jack.

Whats the average mpg? 26 or is that highway only? Entertaining this idea but what motor is better? What's EFI live? Some adjustable electronic gadget? I'm a diesel newb. Parents have a older Dogde Cummins dually that gets 20 highway but way to friggin noisy and stiff. Is this a good deal? http://www.autotrader.com/fyc/vdp.jsp?ct=u&car_id=310810153&dealer_id=65949301&car_year=2004&doors=&systime=&listingCounter=0&adModel=&search_lang=en&start_year=1981&scarid=313770770&highlightFirstMakeModel=&rdm=1326055876609&drive=4+wheel+drive&marketZipError=false&advanced=y&keywords_display=&lastBeginningStartYear=1981&make3=CHEV&make2=GMC&certified=&engine=&adBodyStyle=TRUCKS,TRADERNA&dma=CLEVELAND_SE&isFlashPlugin=true&transmission=&useBIRF=true&sort_type=priceDESC&adClassSeries=&max_price=&make=FORD&useImpressions=true&model=&body_style=TRUCKS&keywordsfyc=&keywordsrep=&search_type=both&distance=100&min_price=&fuel=Diesel&listingPriority=30&flip=a&end_year=2008&showZipError=n&page_location=findacar::ispsearchform&body_code=32&default_sort=priceDESC&max_mileage=&model3=&address=44615&color=&model2=&adMake=FORD&seller_type=b&num_records=25&cardist=66&ref=srl

Thanks. Not a Chrysler fan but thought maybe they changed but since the last post it re-confirms opinion about chryslers reliability. Looks kinda small also. I'll check out this diesel idea.

I'd prefer slugs if the shit really hits the fan so I can nail them before they get close. There's tons of defense loads for close quarters.
  5. Want to stay in the 29mpg zone but need to be able to tow light stuff and be 4wd or awd. So it comes down to a Subaru outback or a gmc terrain. Outback 4 banger has a 1000# rating and the v6 has a 1000# rating Terrain has a 1000# rating or the v-6 has a 3000# rating. They both drop to around 23mpg with the v-6's. I like the terrains looks better. Any ideas's? Other vehicles out there? Want to stay in a $28,000 range.
  6. That'll be fun...Can't wait to see it finished.

Thanks but easy on pops bro. He didn't get what he has being dumb. Stocks bite everyone now and then. It's yuppie gambling.
  11. They're trollers looking for must have, don't know, have criminal issues like a domestic violence, people. And the low ball thing, they expect it. I offer what I think it's worth then a few 100 less just because. Like a late Winchester 97 is worth maybe $500 a early gun is a lot higher like $1000. All partly because of production dates and how many they made that year.

Smooth bore. The stainless is a limited production run of 250 or so back in 08 so they say. Thru a accusports dealer only. Whatever that means. The blued ones are hard to find but still available. Winchester made a model 9410 that had accuchokes but you can't get them anymore either I believe. Mines staying in the box. I shot the blues one with rifled slugs. It has a decent pattern to 50 yards but I wouldnt go much further based on power et cetera. Fun rabbit gun. It'll hold it's value. Everything .410 does.
