  1. Looks like you were havin' fun!!
  2. He's just campaigning for your vote Moose....Don't take it personal
  3. Soooooooo......Santa's gettin' ready to do some shopping. Kids have asked for both the new Guitar Hero World Tour & Rock Band 2. Question is this.......Seems a bit redundant to get full versions of both games, as they already have the previous editions of each, but they claim that the drums/guitar for GH don't work with RB, and that supposedly RB has worked the bugs out of the this new equipment so it's not breaking all the time. Anyone know/heard if the GH stuff will now work with RB (they say RB guitar already does/will work on GH) & if the GH drums, etc are built a bit sturdier this time around???
  4. Thank you sir......And here's one back for you!! ;)

  5. Why the last ride....You puttin' the bike up or somethin'?
  6. When I was doin' my homework for a pair of pants earlier this summer, I'd heard/read several places that Teknic Chicanes were developing a reputation of bursting seams on impact. Know firsthand of a buddy on my XX board
  7. Sounds like an awesome fight! Couldn't one of the other organizations pick up the rights? I know they're both past their prime, but the name recognition & the idea of brother vs. brother would still probably be a HUGE draw

Don't forget to pour rubbing alcohol on it after the above step!
  9. You mean committed....As in...I should be!! Yeah....I pasted it from MySpace....That's why the paragraphs are a bit funky
  10. That's what happens after a record market crash....Nobody wants to touch it with a 10' pole!!
  11. PART 2.....Had to break into 2 posts, as site limit is 10,000 characters per......... Made another pit stop right after we left JB, as Nick had dehydrated himself, what with all that peein' he did on the way down! :lol:Cooled off with some ice cream & listened to some yocal tell Shiddy VERY loudly what rims NOT to buy for his bike because of the problems he'd had with his....blah, blah, blah, and watched some hottie in hot pants with some preppy tool in a gay pink golf shirt with flip up collar, emo jeans & big white girly sunglasses.....Oh wait....That sounds like pix I've seen of some on here!!  Decided to slab back home, and started headin' for Louisville, then Cincy. Beautiful weather down here all afternoon....Sunny & mid 80's, as well as beautiful scenery/fall colors! Some more nice long sweepers through the mountains where speeds may or may not have brushed triple digits. Had to pull off for another NickStop (our version of a pitstop ) which somehow turned into a political debate on the side of the expressway offramp. Wish I'd of gotten my camera out, as Shiddy's still on his bike, with it leaned against/over the guardrail, and looks like he's about to fall asleep....Even though he's already drank like 4 Monster's so far. Not exactly a rousing product endorsement if you ask me! We decide to get as far as we can while it's still light, before stopping to eat, and as everybody's gearin' back up & Kyle's walkin' back to his bike, he keeps stoppin' to turn & thow in one more point....then another....then another Only the DTC would have a political debate along the side of an expressway onramp in Kentucky! Good thing Justin didn't cum this trip, or we'd still be down there! Stopped at the TumbleWeed in Florence for dinner.....Home of the most monotone/unenthusiastic waitress ever. Nick, & I think someone else, tried the buffalo meat burger, while I savored a pretty good peppercorn ranch one. I made the observation that us 3 big guys were the only ones who cleaned our plates....Which is probably why we got to be the three big guys!! Nick also entertained us with some VERY....ummmm...errrmmmm....interesting...yeah, that's it....interesting dinnertime conversation/stories from his single days Tried to get a couple night time group shots at the restaurant, but I think the lights were messin' with my focus...... Split up right after we crossed the river.....Shiddy, Brian & Beav all made a break for 71 towards Columbus, while the rest of us continued north. Made another "Nickstop" just south of Dayton....Nice thing about all his stops is that my tank never got below half all day! We're BS'in about the day, Kyle was updatin' us on football scores, etc.....Then Mrs. Ninja called crackin' the whip Hugs & kisses & little Nicky's gotta GO....NOW!! Knodel stayed with us, as he was headin' for Troy, Kyle peeled off south of Lima.....And then there was just me again. No more stops for the last 120 miles, even though I had intended to gas up when Kyle got off. I believe there comes a time in every long ride when you just wanna get it over with, and I just couldn't bear the thought of stopping one more time. Reserve light came on just south of Findlay, and I coasted into the garage on fumes. My throttle hand was a claw as I started up the offramp....I could barely open it to pull the front brake. Just shy of 670 miles for the day...Personal record for me. Got to meat 4 more cool people & spend one of the last gorgeous days of the year havin' fun with buddies on our favorite toys, and everyone got home safe.....Can't ask for anything better than that!! Forgot to mention one of my favorite quotes of the day. As we somewhat knowingly rode by the unmarked exit for JB, and Nick & I are shrugging our shoulders at each other thinkin' that HAS TO be the one....He asks me in the emergency turnaround..."So is this why we call it the dysfunctional traveling circus???" Indubitably my brother....indubitably....But who has more fun gettin' there?!?
  12. Since it was lost in the crash, thought I'd repost it for posterity. Everyone else feel free to add your pix &/or comments back in as well......... Bit nippily when I left my place around 7:30......looked like the frost warning was almost validated, as it was down to high 30's. Headed down to Lima to p/u Kyle, then we slabbed it down 75 to the meat spot in Xenia with everyone else. Made good time down there, and pulled in just past 9:30......Nick & Knodel were already there. Got off the bike & my phone was blowin' up......Shiddy(Garrett) was lost nearby, and Brian(KawiKid) & Adam(Cleave the Great) were runnin' late as they had some early morning fog & couldn't see to make any time. Went inside to warm up & wait, as I couldn't quit shakin' for about 15 minutes.....Guess 2 hours at +5 over'll do that to 'ya, even with lined pants, jacket, gloves & 2 pair of socks!! Garrett showed up shortly after, and started regaling us with some funny stories while we waited for the other two. Bry & Adam rolled in around 10:30, and bein' the swell guys we are, we gave them a whopping 5 minutes to stretch & warm up.....Well OK....truth be told I was just getting some pictures of the bikes now that everyone was there! Nick took the lead as we left Xenia, as he'd promised to show us some local backroads/twisties that he thought would save us time & get us around some of the stoplight towns. Good roads & some great riding....It was clear early on I was the slowpoke in this group!! 'Course I found out over dinner later that K.C.'s a flat track racer.......So then I didn't feel quite so bad  Anyway......Also in here somewhere is where Nick began his hourly stops.....I swear the guy needs a prostate exam, as he must have a bladder the size of a cashew nut....That or he just likes to "mark" his route so he doesn't get lost Got back on 68 south of Wilmington & the twisties morphed into some really nice roller coaster sweepers. One was this huge downhill straightaway that we could see for several miles, and some of us may have hypothetically taken a short blast of +100 over  REALLY cool suspension bridge as we crossed over into Kentucky. Not sure what it's called, but had we not already been runnin' late, it would've made a sweet backdrop for some pix of the bikes! Guess we'll just have to go back for Maker's Mark, Wild Turkey, or Jack Daniels next year  Pulled into some small town gas station a little north of Lexington, and there was a sizeable group of sportbikes gettin ready to pull out. I thought maybe this was a KY contingent of O.R. that came out to welcome us & ride along , but after one of them satisfied their urge to pipe us off the rev limiter, they continued on their merry way. One of the yocals who I think had been over talkin' to them, now decided to come over & grace US with his presence "Y'all get a wheel up on these?!?" I decided to make him useful & ask how far we were from Lex/the outer loop. "Well.....'bout 20-25 minutes, but if y'all ride like I do, y'all be there in 15" to which I replied "Well that's good, 'cause we were just doin' 'bout 160 back there a ways" Anyways.....fumbled our way through/around Lexington & found the Bluegrass Pkwy. VERY affluent area through here......HUGE horsefarms, and a ginormous castle I somehow missed seeing, but the guys were tellin' me about later at my roadside calisthentic session I got a major cramp in my hammy, and after repeatedly tryin' to stand up & stretch it while we continued ridin', as we were already behind schedule.....I couldn't take it anymore...had to pull over & practice my kama sutra positions on the guardrail for the entertainment of all passerby. Plus....Nick kept pullin' up next to me & tryin' to play with my a$$ What can I say....The Fonz is one sexy beeyotch to BOTH sexes.....Such is my curse in life!! This is also where Nick was ever so intently watchin' me eat my banana I had in my pack!! Finally got her stretched out....My cramp I mean.....And we proceeded to Clermont. According to the lady I spoke to at JB, we should've only been about a half hour away......but as I stated earlier....Kentucky miles seem to be different than the U.S. standard. Almost missed our turn again, as they had every distillery BUT JB marked along the highway/"Bourbon Trail". Finally pulled into Jim Beams American Outpost @ 3:30. Went into the visitor center & checked out some of the exhibits, then headed out for some pix by Booker Noe's statue in front of the Beam family home.......... This is one of the storage facilities next to the visitor center. Couple of the guys went in there & said it was freezin' "Santa Booker......I want a Daisy Red Rider carbine for Christmas!!" Hey Booker.....Gotta little Captain in'ya???" Came out a bit dark, but Kyle(BlitzBurgh) on the left, me, Knodel(K.C.) in front, Adam(Cleave the Great) in back, the photogenically elusive Brian(KawiKid) sittin' on Booker's lap, and NinjaNick, with the Beam family home in the background. The red circles on the shutters are the wax "seal" you see on the bottles. The home serves as a museum now, and I believe that's where the tasting parlor is, but it's closed on Sundays since Bourbon county doesn't allow sales that day Garrett(ShittyGixxer) on left, with the visitor center in the background Pretty sweet old Mack, Jim Beam firetruck I found in the garage out back....... Stayed for about an hour past closing, by the time we were done with pix & walkin' around explorin'. Really....We were just hopin' to get locked in there overnight!!
  13. And there goes the last of the 3 "Checks & Balances" with a liberal POTUSA & Democratic majority congress
  14. I didn't vote for Bush. Find me anywhere on this board Obama can't be the devil. Muslims don't believe in the devil. He'd be Iblis. He isn't our president yet, so no we don't have to support him yet. Your ignorance astounds me. Since I was one of the main opponents of Obama, I'll take that as aimed towards me, in part at least. Like Ben, I DID NOT vote for Bush, and it took me quite a long time to accept him as my President. I don't think I truly did until I saw him at Ground Zero right after 9-11, and his sincerity at that moment broke through my doubt of him. That said....It may be some time before I accept BO
  15. Here 'ya go......Always a helper, I am Or if you're a Stars Wars fan......
  16. Yeeeah.......St. Tressel talks positively too, but it doesn't stop the Buck fans from burning & flipping after a win Seems to be the new celebration ritual....Big win.....Let's tear some shit up!!
  17. read thread title Did you cancel out Ananda's vote, like I had to my wifey's?!?
  18. Anybody else notice the glass walls on the sides of the podium? Bulletproof??? Soooo......Can I go to the hospital for free tonight, or do I have to wait another 2 1/2 months??
  19. I wouldn't rule it out.......Phillies just won the Series....And their fans still rioted OSU beats Michigan....And they still riot
  20. Even if that did change Ohio's outcome, I don't think we matter anymore. BO got CA, OR, & WA. California by itself was worth 55 electoral votes
  21. I said back in June when her & BO met "secretly" right before she conceded to him, that she was either angling for VP, or SCJ. I would seriously be amazed though if she got appointed to the Supreme Court! How obvious a favor would that be....She hasn't even practiced law in like what...At least 17 years?!?
  22. Ummmmm.....Yeaaahhhhh.....It's a REALLY far fetched idea guys Just ask MLK, Medgar Evers, Honest Abe, JFK, Bobby Kennedy, Ronnie Reagan & even Pope John Paul II, straying from the political arena
  23. I've been sayin' the same thing. An offering to appease the sheeple, so they weren't quite so pissed off when hitting the polls
  24. Toledo news at noon today said police were concerned about riots tonight......Whether BO won OR lost
  25. And there we get to the unspoken crux of it all Expound to "you guys" please
