Nope, you see more of that with rifle classes. Although one guy had on a war belt most of the cops had on their duty belts. Most had on normal OWB with shirts tucked in. Myself and the kid in the picture next to me where the only two running the whole class from concealment. Both rocking appendix. We found out that we were just as fast on draw and firing first shot from appendix as the guys coming from OWB or duty rigs. Was quite pleased to see that. We had 4 AI's for the class all were VSM instructors but one I believe, Ohio, PA, and KY are their base locations.

Three things. First need to get rid of the definition on the ejection port. Put your retention on you trigger guard but not so much as to define the trigger. Can cause a ND. Second to get the edge definition. You're not going to get it with any foam. You either have to build a vacuum box orrrrrrr cut you blocks of wood the the negative shape of the bottom of the frame/trigger guard. Mold your kydex let it cool. Then take the heat gun to kydex around the trigger guard adn take your neg and use that to press the kydex around the bottom of the frame. The dude that made that second holster you pictured is just asking to get someone or him self shot. You can see the trigger in that picture, A shirt will try to get into ever the smallest area of the trigger. Bring that kydex up right under the mag release. It's something that I have figured out that I may not have been conscious until recently.

Get the Atlas by Volhund gearworks out of Columbus. I have tried a few belts... This thing is hands down the best I've tried. I wear it everyday. Came across these at random on youtube. There are 11 videos about 15 mins each. All worth watching. The clearing the house one really stood out to me. As I've got to run a few shoot houses, it is scary how hard it is to clear even a small house alone. The knife video is also a good one shows how many cuts the guy takes in a short amount of time.
