Pictures and words can't do them justice. We were awe stuck. Sequoia is a little closer to the Fresno airport then Yosemite. If you only have a day I highly suggest Taft point hike and other areas you can drive to in Yosemite. Sequoia only has a small park which doesn't take long to see. Beware of all the crazy foreign drivers in rented RV's lol.

Tube recommendations

We went to Sequoia NP our first day then to Yosemite after that. Marposia Grove is right by Yosemite. I would suggest Sequoia (Drive to over Marposia Grove. Words and pictures do not do those trees justice. Coming out of the Yosemite tunnel is breath taking, the change it amazing. For a short hike at Yosemite I really suggest Taft point (30 min hike) and Glacier Point (drive to) if you got two days I would suggest the hike to Half Dome. its about 14hrs but you're on top of the world!
