Well we left last Monday afternoon and got back late Friday night. We had a blast in the 5 days that we were there. We went on a Grand Canyon tour and a Hoover Dam tour both of which we got about half off by planning ahead. We ended up not getting a car and switching hotels at the last minute because Southwest messed up our reservations. We stayed at Excaliber which we both thought was great for the price and location. We had dinners at the Rainforest (would not recommend), Voodoo (50th floor view was nice but the food could have been better), Senior Frogs (good food and price) and Stratosphere (great food and would recommend). We also visited the Mars factory, wax museum, shark exhibit and saw the Chris Angels show. We took a gondola ride at the Venetian, watched the fountains at Belligio, watched the show at Treasure Island and the volcano at the Mirage. We visited Ceasar Palace, MGM, NYNY, Rio, Luxor. We went downtown to Fremont and Zip-lined down the street. We also spent a little time at the pool and gambled here and there. Overall it was a great trip packed into only 5 days yet it felt like there was so much that we missed. I would definitely be up for going back. Thanks to everyone for there suggestions and tips.

i have this kit and the only thing i haven't been able to use it on is a Ford Ranger. Once again, where about is the car located?

I haven't got the exact measurement yet. Front and rear are different but close to a 1/4 inch.

Not wheel spacers but actual hub spacers. Anyone know where you can order hub spacers that would fit a C6 vet hub similar to these? I'm looking to ofset the rotor on a BBK that I'm working on and I think that a setup like this would be the best bet instead of spacing the rotor out on the spindle with longer wheel studs. http://shop.microimageonline.com/Rear-Hub-Spacers-PGHS1.htm

That's what I was thinking. What machine shops can redrill axles?

The wheel studs on the back of the Trans Am are all slightly bent and I want to replace them before the track day. I'm wondering if just upgrading the current size to some ARP would be sufficient and keep them from bending or if I should have the axles redrilled and go with a larger stud.

We have a vertical tank that was used as holding tank in addition to the compressor tank. I just checked and it doesn't say the size but my dad believes that it is 60 gallons. It sits about six feet high.

Have you got anyone lined up yet? Would you considered renting a truck and trailer from U-Haul. Then you wouldn't have to wait for someone to drive out there. Looks like it would be about 1K to rent the truck and trailer from Hays to Columbus.

The only thing that I've had an issue with was the plastic lower front gray bumper. I covered it as well and it is slowly coming off of the plastic everything else still looks good. I actually need to pick some more up to finish the frame but have been procrastinating on that.

I used the roll on Herculiner for my rocker panels and lower doors and frame. I'm pleased with it but not sure how well it actually works on a bed.

I think that the GM truck line based SUV's are the best around. I like the Yukon Denali as the best all around SUV.

That sucks and that's why I only trust myself and a few others to work on anything. I would rather blame myself for something then to pay someone for their mistake.
