Here are some updates since we're had a few nice days lately. I got the new injectors and rails put on the intake and the intake reinstalled. I also got the alternator installed up top but still have to finish the wiring.

Are you willing to split the wheels and tires?

Could you at least get it to squeeze together? Normally if you can at least get one size to move you can use a pair of straight screw driver to pry it out.

I finally got around to grinding the valley to make room for the PCV valley cover

I've got two months to get the car up and running before the wedding so I ordered some more parts and hope to have updates weekly as I work to get this finished up. How big is the opening/pipe?

Did you boot into recovery or just plug it into iTunes? I've seen that and booted into recovery mode by having the device off, hold the home button as you plug it into your computer and it should boot to the connect to iTunes screen. Also try kicking off the restore and then disconnecting from the internet. I've been having issues lately with software updates through iTunes failing when it tries to confirm with iTunes but when I disconnect the wireless just after kicking the restore off, it works every time.

Hopefully fuel injectors and the rest will go toward the wedding/ pay off more debt.

Yeah I've already picked up a scavenging pump for the setup.

I've also been working on the merge for the wastegate.

I bought a Miller Syncrowave 250. Just finished welding up the DP.

No I haven't TIG welded before. I bought the welder for this project. I'm actually trying to keep them flat as I plan to smooth them out when I'm finished with all the pieces. I don't have any plans currently to reinforce the core support but may before I'm done.

I didn't like the original location of the T4 flange once I mounted it in the car. I decided to cut and move it to the drivers side as much as possible (about 4 inches) for more clearance for the intake and WG. I then got the turbo mounted and started making the DP. I ran out of Argon today so I'll have to finish welding the DP this week.
