I bought a set of receivers last winter. then they sat. This winter i will finish the build. I have Mag tactical FDE recievers, Daniel Defense LPK, V7 weapon systems Tube, spring and standard buffer,end plate, and castle nut. and a Custom Ar spiral fluted socom barrel in .223 wylde. WIll be getting the fortis REV 12 rail, and Mission First Tactical Minimalist stock. I now have to decide on Gas block and BCG

Gf bought a tempered glass one at ATT they put it on and before the day was out it had cracked. not sure what thats all about also its .3mm thick and you can tell makes the home button a deep whole. they make .15mm thick ones that i think would be better for feel and flex.. dont know though.

Are you going to be a silent partner or are you going to be helping run the joint. Either way make sure you guys are on the same page as far as personal responsibility and what is expected. Dont all of the sudden walk in there like you now own the place and start pouring drinks for yourself and your friends for the free. Honestly If I was a silent partner I would very rarely go in to spend time there. Way too easy to get complacent in that situation.

Only issue I have is that its gold. Id rather have it Black Nitride or NIckel boron (NiB). Or Im sure you could Get someone to Melonite coat it. all very good ways to even out a uneven finish while also making it better..
