    stupid cagers

if the time for talking was over, I'd have left my helmet on... this gear is intended to protect me in case I come into contact with pavement, your fists don't scare me in the least...

I can do the 1/4 mile in 3/10 of a second, what now?
  3. still lives in government housing...just say'n
  4. welcome fellow NEO rider, I got a friend in that area. Maybe we can all go for a ride sometime
  5. I've been getting mine at just for fun honda in middlefield. I'm thinking I might go Iron Pony this time.
  6. it's a little battery charger that plugs into the wall, and to an outlet you install on your bike (via the battery) it keeps the battery fully charged at all times... personally, I don't like them. They mask battery problems just as well as they prevent them. If i have a problem with my battery, or a drain on it, I'd rather find out about it in my own garage at home when trying to start it at the beginning of a ride, NOT at a stop during a ride.
  7. hey look! I was right both times I posted that...
  8. trust me, I'd love to have this blackbird to park next to my other one...
  9. I don't know much about it... just thought it was pretty cool
  10. wrong, all you need is a full license/endorsement. (not a permit) If he can reach the passenger pegs, has a dot helmet, and eye protection, you're cool legally... the rest is your discretion. Minimum age is not declared in any laws.
  11. I see nothing wrong with it... Obviously the child's maturity level and comprehension play into the equation. I have no children, so no personal frame of reference, but I think a backrest/sissy bar would be a great idea, the helmet should be full face, properly fitted and snell approved, some type of reinforced clothing (leather is best), and some way of holding on securely. (koz's weight belt seems to work pretty well for his kiddo)
  12. Kids under 18 need a dot helmet, eye protection, and must be able to reach the pegs. (I've heard 2 versions of this: 1 is it is legal to mod the pegs, the other is that they must be in stock location) other than that, it's your own parental discretion.
  13. OHHHH, I thought you meant the front one... this is a perfect excuse to get that sweet undertail like mine... ;) "it's a safety/legal issue"
  14. FACT!! Inspect your bikes thoroughly...pre-ride checks are particularly important after your bikes have been stored a bit.
  15. soft, and on the tank...
  16. Pretty cool stuff... it comes with an infrared laser pointer/trigger to remote control the 50 cal on top... point the laser at whatever needs obliterated, pull the trigger and let the 50 cal do the dirty work. He's taking a post in germany as an operator after he graduates from his AIT next month...
  17. matth3w wrote a step by step by step. I'm sure there are easier ways to do it than this, but this way really familiarizes you with the inner workings of your phone, and for me it was the best way to do it... http://www.droidforums.net/forum/hacking-help/28436-complete-how-how-mod-your-phone-2-1-rom-o-c-mm-boot-animation-etc.html
  18. Translation: I bought a 2008 Harley Electraglide, It performed like a freight train on a dirt road (took off slow, took forever to turn and stop). I sold it after owning it for 6 months, and I will never buy one again even if they do appeal to easy women.
  19. congrats on the little one... we'll miss ya this year at the DTC runs
  20. smoked glass is awesome, overclocked to 1ghz, custom icons, 5 main screens, live wallpapers....the list goes on and on... if you're considering rooting your phone, and hacking it...DO IT!
  21. my um..."friend" went that fast before on his CBR1100XX, but it was on an empty freeway
  22. I'd vote for an epoxy, fix it without losing your paint
