tend to agree, if we took a more interesting route, the 1 way time would greatly increase. not that I'm complaining about ride time, I can handle anything up to 30 hours one way at a time if properly motivated.
seems kinda dumb, traffic isn't that bad, and he could have taken the hard shoulder most of the way if "time" was his biggest concern. He just wants to show off, and be seen. Biker on a sport bike.
we fear change... honestly, I don't know if i like either one or the other "more" I'm just so used to the navigation on the old page, that it's almost like a reflex. If/When it gets implimented, I'm sure i'll get used to it.
It's simple, You can't let a fear of death keep you from living your life. Mitigate risks where appropriate, educate yourself, and use your head, but LIVE YOUR LIFE...you only get (presumably) one shot at it, so make it worthwhile.
yeah, sometimes, but I no longer use my front bumper to overhang civic trunks at red lights, or park between people who fail at parking, and climb out the back window...
I prefer to pay in kind... back when I was driving my blazer, and someone would take up 2 spaces, i would park next to them, and put my tire within an inch of their driver's door, and climb out the back. I acted like a DBAG in that thing.
depending on how things work with my schedule, I might have the opportunity to ride with you til georgia. My cousin is having graduation in april, but not sure exactly when.
ahhh, the today thread... then our boy wrillo brought her to the pig iron M&G, and everyone was like "is that kay from the today thread?" and Ben had no idea what anyone was talking about....good times.
If my G/F went to jail, and the only way to get her out is to sell Ember, I'm getting a new G/F... I'm not selling my bike to get you out of jail. if I were REALLY attached to her, I MIGHT sell my bike to get her a heart transplant or something, but bail...nope. one of my friends is selling his bike to buy his S/O a wedding dress...
