I've been running DDM for little more than two years now, 55w high/35w lows. The 35w ballast failed nearly a year after install. Thanks to DDM's lifetime ballast warranty, it was replaced for just my cost to ship the small ballast back. Never an issue w/the 55w

Sorry... bike has officially been totaled. I can buy it back for $4k, but don't want to, it's time to move on. They offered me a nice chunk of change for it, approximately $1k less than a new 2011 VROD, but didn't get shit for the bolt on goodies. Salvaged what I could of the bolt on goodness, but it still sucks. Have not decided on whether another VROD is in my future or if it will be a dedicated sport tourer such as a K1300GT, FJR, ST1300, Concourse, or such. Found a never titled '07VRSCAW with 17 miles for $14k and a never titled '09 with 45 miles for the same $14k. Leaning towards a VRSCDX though..

I agree with all of it. I don't usually comment on an item unless I honestly like it. If a potential buyer asks a question regarding quality and such, and I can answer, I send them a PM with my comments rather than shit on the thread. When I think the item is priced too high, I use a method, (think I stole it from a member here), I just post GLWS(Good Luck With Sale) instead of shitting on the thread. UNLESS... the OP asks why his 5 year old "like new" box of shit that's priced the same as a brand new box of shit isn't selling. THEN I take the gloves off. Harley owner here and none of my family's FF helmets are HD. Shoei, Nolan (2), HJC. Last I heard, the HD helmets were made by HJC & AGV. and yeah, this survey is bullshit. Of course the HD drones/pirates/hanky heads are gonna love their 1000% marked up helmet that has HD stamped on it, they don't know that there's any other options out there.

Me, 30k miles no issues other than routine maintenance, riding buddy has 200k miles with no issues other than routine maintenance. I guess the only question left to ask is, Does you buddy do any routine maintenance on his ride?
