This has always been the law in Ohio. Just not as defined as it is now. Inclement weather, low visibility, and at dusk, the lights should be on. Now they have given a set definition of when you must have them on and not when you THINK you should have them on. -

I ordered some .40 dies straight from the manufacturer and they are on backorder. They didn't say how long it was going to take either. I might call them today and see if I can find out.
