    I plan on running in the Air Force Marathon this year (first time) so I haven't started P90X, but I've been running and lifting light weights. Down 13.5 lbs with the shake, changed my diet, eating 5 times a day, and working out.

    I've been doing a lot of research and finding what works best for people. My mom has fibromyalgia (Fibromyalgia is a common condition characterized by long-term, body-wide pain and tender points in joints, muscles, tendons, and other soft tissues) and I've found the best workout and diet plan for her to do with her condition.

    I don't think our metabolism slows down, I think we slow down. We tend to go the easy route instead of the route that requires more effort. When I was younger, I use to walk EVERYWHERE. Now I drive everywhere.

    I don't know if I could get one of these helmets. When I lived in Cali, there were a lot of people who had furry animal covers for their helmets.

    There have been a couple of people who haven't had any problems. I'm not going to take my chances with them. I've put 3000 rounds through my GLOCK without a single malfunction.

    Good luck. My gun has NEVER jammed. I had to qualify with a Beretta that jammed after every shot. Even if I was putting holes in paper, it's agrovating. I wouldn't want a gun that would give me ANY problems. I have a POS GLOCK. It's not comfortable, it's not pretty, but it's reliable. That's what matters to me.
