  1. I dont know jack about Xbox, you need a router for it to work? How do they expect 2 computers to be online in a given dorm then? You could probably use a switch.
  2. High Risk: well, the speed detector is pretty cool, is it relatively close to actual, or how far off is it? I will keep you in mind if I need a radar gun though. smile.gif 03SPYDR - I mainly want it for all of the features. I would like to be driving anywhere (in the US) and be able to zoom in on my street location and see nearby roads. I also want to be able to go camping, and just start walking, then use it to help me find my way back. (with the compass as well as waypoints.) For the software, its just one cd for the entire US correct? How much memory does yours have (in SD cards) and how much of the state or US can you fit onto it? Does it show nearby bodies of water, even small ponds? Cranked: What exactly did you love about it? Just made it easy to navigate the roads? Did it track your whole route? Could you zoom in down to the street corner you were on? Sorry for all the questions guys. tongue.gif
  3. Thanks, that would be great! I am trying to get this done tomorrow if at all possible, but I will probably get nowhere, so I will shoot you an email on tuesday or so. Did you buy the fittings locally?
  4. Anyone here have one? I am looking at a Magellan Meridan series unit. It seems pretty nice, waterproof, quad helix antenna, 16Mb onboard and expandable with SD cards to 128Mb memory. Should that be enough? Any pros, cons, reviews, input? What would you make sure to get or avoid if you bought another one?
  5. how do you guys come across these invites?
  6. http://www.columbusracing.com/cgi-bin/ultimatebb.cgi?ubb=get_topic;f=29;t=000565 let me know. smile.gif
  7. anyone here have the fittings to vac a 134a system? I have compound gauges, but the fittings on them are for the old style R12 lines. Anyone have fittings that I could borrow, or gauges that hook up to the 134a style lines? If not, any idea where to get them locally?
  8. I'll have to buy you a couple beers if you want to hook me up. (sent a pm)

  12. just out of curiosity, why wouldnt ebay let you list it?
  13. You can stuff more junk on a DVD+R because it has 2 layers, while a DVD-R only has one.

  16. well, I think the possibility is there... I really enjoyed "phone booth" and "cast away" both of which focus on a tiny scene. Also, open water is just over an hour, and I think it could be made interesting for that ammount of time. tongue.gif
  17. I try to avoid putting myself in the vicinity of sharks if at all possible. I think watching an old JAWS flick will scare you more than this film.
  18. It was friggin lame, IMO. No climax, and no action. It is labeled a "thriller," which couldn't be farther from the truth. A waste of $5 and a waste of an hour and 19 minutes. It is an independent film, and that was obvious. The camera work sucked, and 50% of the movie was out of focus. I give it 1 out of 5 stars only because it is based on true events. How much so I am not sure though. I have no idea how it got such good ratings from critics. If you never see it, you are missing absolutely nothing. I am just trying to prevent everyone else from wasting their cash. redface.gif
  19. He didnt take her pants off either!
  20. I think its funny when he is bitching about the tow truck breaking a tie-rod. "watch the tie-rod people.." what a dumbass. You beach your car on RR tracks and act like the tow truck driver is doing something wrong. Way to shift blame.
