Where did you come up with those numbers? Dyno? And what exactly is your question in the first post? Assuming your bike is stock, running an octane rating higher than recommended in your owner's manual will not give you better performance, especially street riding in this cooler weather.

ricochet nailed it. For some reason everyone thinks vtec = fast. (or supposedly) Not the case at all. Most are there to give an economy car a boost for passing, or get better gas mileage. The only ones that really see a decent difference in power solely with the addition of vtec are the 99-01? civic si, preludes, and integra gsrs. So to answer your question... No. smile.gif

My girl worked there (dept. store) and quit after 3 days. Her co-workers were snobby, and management was too picky. One of my friends worked there and suddenly became too good for his old friends.... he started wearing A&F and hanging out with the people he met there. Went on to be a frat boy and I could tell you about his current mentality but I think you can pretty much guess it. If someone wants to wear their stuff, fine with me. I dont instantly hate that person... but I may scrutinize them a bit more than the average joe. Sadly though, as much as I hate stererotyping, I would bet a large part of the A&F shoppers are there to fit in, and a generalization can be made about their attitudes (maybe more so in the past than now); the ones I know and have met at least. Personally, you will not ever see me wearing their stuff. A lot of the reason is the price. Another part of the reason is the stuff looks old and dirty on the shelf. The biggest reason is because I hate what they stand for... their marketing tactics for instance. sweatshops. cultural diversity. I could go on. graemlins/gives.gif
