Limenine9r
I went bird hunting yesterday because it was raining - check this out ....... I haven't found anything yet as challenging as photographing these wild birds ... coming in HOT ....or this tiny thing just sitting on the branch in the rain

ReconRat
I love them red-winged black birds. Back-in-the-day, they used to be everywhere. Now they are a bit rare, but I've read they are growing in population again.

cmh_sprint
They aren't rare in my backyard!Same here. I have 2 that sit on the feeder I put in just outside my office window. This year I have quite a few finches, meadowlarks and mockingbirds. Meadowlarks and red wings are my favorite because of their song.Very cool pics, btw

ReconRat
I mean the skies used to fill with flocks of them from horizon to horizon for hours as they flew over in search of food. That quantity hasn't come back yet.

Non-native pests. I abhore starlings. Constantly fighting to keep them out of the barn and from shitting on everything. Mockingbirds are also a pain in my ass. Bastards are up before dawn running their mouths.I have no problems with most others though and enjoy watching the sparrows around my workplace. Gump
You should submit your pics to the ODNR site. They post them for others to enjoy.
