this is what was in my garage at my old house.

its a wall mount ventless blue flame propane heater with blower.

im pretty sure is either 30,000 or 45,000 BTU.

it heated my 24x22 awesome.  would keep it in the mid 70s on the medium setting.

comes with a 100lb propane tank that is pretty damn full, the regulator, and the lines to hook it up.  you should need anything else.

i only went through about a tank a winter.

$375 for everything

will take trades on a few specific firearms.

Glock 9mm (any frame)

M&P 15-22

Ruger SR22 or Walther P22

308 Bolt Gun

Not only good for garages but the house too. I used to have mine in my basement then we quite using the basement. So last year I brought it up stairs and mounted it in front of my fire place and use it during the day to heat the kitchen and living room  so the furnace wasn't running all day, and it cut my heating bill by 30%. The bed rooms and bath rooms I just left the doors open, but your not in there that much during the day anyways. Only difference is mine is the inferred not the blue flame
