madcat6183
Bet she does NOT get the death penalty...Exactly, because the justice system works so well. Instead tax dollars will pay for her in prison, but also for her medications, medical care, at her age she will have a ton of both and we'll be footing the bill. America is beyond F'd anymore. Sad really.

madcat6183
Uh, shes a murderer, I think that would probably qualify as cutting off all health insurance paid for by the government. I see your point, mine is that she has commited a crime, why should we pay for them to live after that.
Scruit
Eye for an eye, 100%. Televised, But.... If she hit a baby in the head with a sledgehammer with a "wood chopping" strike I'd have thought the baby would be instantly dead. How could the baby survive multiple hits and still be alive when she used the knife to kill it?

Everyone has the right to be heard in court. If she is found guilty, or pleads guilty, then he punishment is clear. Hint: It involves a sledgehammer and a knife. madcat6183
That was the answer I expected earlier, wonder if anyone will argue or just say since the consitution says that, we must follow it. Out of curiosity how much of the consititution is followed anymore anwyays? 10%? 50%? 90%? What's peoples feelings on that? Pokey
.22, base of the skull, and forget about her. .22 to her gut, cut off her tits and sew up her snatch. Pull all of her teeth out with no anestheisa, pull fingernails and toenails off with pliers......then let her die slowly.

Scruit
What's good for the goose is good for the gander. Regardless of crime or punishment, EVERYONE is innocent until proven guilty. All you've done is read this on a new site - what if they are wrong? What if the police are wrong? That's why we have courts and due process.
