ScubaCinci
I would freakin' love it depending on location and days of the week. I've been saying for awhile that I want to learn how to weld and blow glass. Everyone should learn a trade. magley64
I'd love to learn tig, but distance/time issues would be prohibitive for me.

rawlins87
There will be a cost involved but more people the lower the cost per person.

bowdog
I may be interested in sending a few of my guys to this. We typically weld (Dietrich slide clips) 16 gauge metal to steel. Would you offer any training for this? I can provide the welders and if the cost is in line might even pay you to come to site to teach if that would be easiest for you. Moto-Brian
I would also be interested in the class. I would really like to get into the aluminum stuff also. Based on cost, I might bring my son also.
just_some_dude
I'd be interested if could be booked in advance. I'm on North East side of Columbus, so I'd probably want to make sure I have time to do it. My tig welding skills come from YouTube and scrap metal. Connie14
Depending on cost and schedule, I may be interested.
Gump
Cast Iron and chromoly would be interesting, rather it was cast iron and aluminum. Wish it was a one day deal. Learing how to weld is different then being able to actually weld.

jporter12
I would be very interested in this, time/cost dependent. I have done some TIG welding in the past, but have had no real training. Would love to learn to PROPERLY TIG Al for sure!
rawlins87
I was planning for this event to be held spring of 2014. I was originally thinking mid to late may. This will supply us around 65-70 degree temps and good weather.Days would be Saturday and Sunday. Or possibly Friday and Saturday.Possibly options I'm considering:1 on 1 lessons 4-6hrs Small size group (3-5 people) with 1 day classroom and 1 day welding (individuals will be given a block of time for the 2nd day. Example client 1 is 12-1 client 2 is 1-2. This way people aren't tied up all day the second day waiting their turn)Large group (5+) 1 day classroom 2 days for welding. Welding time would correlate to the small groups time span but with more people would take 2 days to cover.Ideally I would like to have groups of 5. If there is enough interest I can accommodate several groups of 5 but will have to be separate weekends. 1 on 1 training can be during the week. vf1000ride
I can Tig just fine if I get back in practice, I haven't had access to one since moving to Ohio 6 years ago and I am really rusty. I just need to get my hands on a reasonably priced welder, if you have any insider info on a good used tig machine with HF start let me know. rawlins87
Also if I can keep groups of 5 like I would prefer, if you guys would like we can start early and do classroom and welding one day. That way I can accommodate people on Saturday and Sunday if they cannot make a certain day.
rawlins87
I need you guys to list which day works better for each of you. Then we can select a date. And if April or may works better. Edited October 30, 2013 by rawlins87

Moto-Brian
I can do any day really. It depends on work schedule and race schedule if you go out as far as May... But I can give an idea if you narrow the timeline, but honestly, I can do whenever.

smccrory
If you have more than one group, you may want to organize them based on prior experience. Those of us with minimal experience wouldn't want to hold up folks with a few years already under their belt.
