DirtDee675
Hey guys, just passing this along in case anyone is interested in making the hike out for the last rookie track day at NYST this year. Rookie weekend is a great time no matter the skill level. There will be 4 riding groups rookie for first time track riders and the usual novice, intermediate and advance . The cost is $125 a day instead of the usual $180 for anyones first time out to NYST and for someone that has been before but brings someone new to the track! F4iguy
If I'm healed by then, I'll be there! How's the bike?
RHill
Destroyed subframe, rearset peg, rear brake master cylinder, and clip on......repairable fairing stay, rearset, exhaust hanger and fairings need a little attention.....repairing the exhaust is questionable, it is kinked up into a Z shape in the mid pipe and the can is messed up pretty well Ripped into it a bit yesterday, it is all torn down besides the fairings/stay, bike is still on the trailer with the 750 and I can't access everything needed to remove them. The necessary parts are on order, holding off on the exhaust till I tinker with this one a bit.

RHill
Yeah, not happy with NYST at this point. Their communication is terrible...can never call and get someone on the damn phone, they straight up lied to me, and they continue to make it impossible for me to drive 7 hours to spend money with them. About ready to say fuck it and give up on that place, which is sad because it looks amazing. I thought their customer service was awesome after they redeemed my groupon last year and said I could use it through this year. Well turns out they redeemed it, got paid, and now are saying the days are no longer valid even though I have copies all the copies of correspondence they asked me to keep. If that wasn't bad enough, I was enticing other people to go....then NYST quotes them the normal $180/day price for the weekend even though EVERYTHING says $125 for the first trip to NYST. Sad.... RonStopable
According to NYST that price is only good if you have never been to a track and it is your first track day ever. So signing up for Advance and getting the pricing is out of the question. No big deal I'll just spend my money at another venue. Ryan we need to start NJMP thread!
