zx3vfr
I figured we could all brag or complain about how we did this year in the markets. 401k up 5.6%. Small cap funds the winner here YTD 14.6%. Mid, large caps and international funds all around 4%. Company stock 6%!!! And what killed me was vanguard total bond fund down 6%. Individual stocks Fiat Chrysler bought 100 shares 100 shares in July for under $6. Closed on Thursday above $9. NVCN bought 1000 shares in November for under .5. Sold on dec 2 at $2 a share. Sprint 100 shares for around $3 in February and dumped that crap for $6 in august. Should have held on it's above $8 right now. Bought 100 of Winnebago at $18 in February I'm hanging on to this on for the long run on the sheer fact the amount of baby boomers retiring. It was above $33 on closing Thursday And now now for the big loser bought 200 shares of TKAI in July for around $2 now it's at $1.07 lots of other crap I'll stil be hanging onto and not worth discussing. Mostly typical large caps with decent dividends. Edited December 26, 2016 by zx3vfr
Casper
In my hobby trading, my best purchase was 50 shares of AMD at $1.99. I should've bought a metric shit ton more.
