It started a while back in October when a kid at my school took his shirt off and had a letter from "Jackets" (our school mascot) painted on his chest. That's all fine and well. The interesting part starts when you consider the kid; he's a good 270 to 300lbs of All-American flubber. He's got tits the size of alaska, and in the pic, he didn't seem to ashamed of it. Well, about 4 days ago, my friend found the pic and posted it on the internet. DAMN. It took off. The thread it was in had 60,000 views in 5 hours. It's all over the place. Someone inventive found the pic there, got inspired, and created a URL with it. Many people followed his example. The kid at our school found out about it today, and wrote the webmaster who replied. Here's their conversation: A. My name is Xxxxxxx and I am a student at the Mount Vernon High School in Mount Vernon, Ohio. One of my friends told my abut a webpage that some ass created about me. The web address is www.suckmypen.us. I did some research and found that the webpage is hosted on your server. That picutre was from a football game. To me, the webpage is wrong. I would hate to get the authorities involved unless that is my only option. Please end the hosting ofthat site or allow me to know the creator of it so I can take further action. Many people have been talking about it and school and it has hurt my feeling and reputation. Please repond! B. Hello good sir, I am the owner of the domain name suckmypen.us. I created the website when someone you apparently know decided to send me the picture of you currently hosted on my domain name. I received explicit permission to use his picture on my site, and since he is technically the copyright owner of it, I have all of the legal clearance I need to continue hosting it. Since the picture is of you in a public venue, I believe you are, in short, plain SOL. You might be able to pursue me under some sort of child pornography statutes however, since you DO have some fastastic jubblies. If I have violated any actual laws, I have done so unknowingly, and will remove the picture. Until you can prove I have though, it stays. A. There was only one person a few people who had cameras that day. I have spoken with a lawyer by the name of Peter Riddell and I do have legal grounds that are not child pornograpghy. But you do bring up a good point. I was a juvenille at that time. Just imagine how you would feel if you were. I am a big guy so you know that I got made fun of when everyone was young. I feel that it would be the right thing to do. I am asking you with all sincerity to please take the picture off the web. This is my senior year and it would not be right for people to remember me that way. The photo was probably taken by someone envious of me. I am fairly rich and drive a new truck. Plus evveryone in my senior class has had fun and I would hate for everyone to end it this way. So please, remove the picture. B.It's way too late kid. You've already been immortalized. He will never live this down. Honestly ask yourself how you'd feel if that were you. Yeah, we all piss on JackPee's parade (no pun intended ), but when he's done he gets to go home back to Cleveland or where ever and get on with his life. This kid in Mt. Vernon is fucked. He is going to have to move away from his life to get away from everything. And even then, someone will probably recognize him somewhere else. This is fucking horrible to do to someone. I'm sorry. I can make fun of alot of people for alot of shit, but being fat isn't something I can make fun of. This kid was out there showing pride in his school. And instead of his classmates appreciating it, they did this. Fucking wrong. You all need to step back and really look at this. This kid is going to remember this shit forever. This isn't just a temporary fad on CR that'll go away in a few weeks. This kid's life is fucking ruined.
