If you look he says it while the speedo is on 50. It's where you put the car in its top gear and go from 50 to 70 mph. They do it in C and D all the time. It is pretty damn funny listening to the sound of his voice when he says "oh shit, that's fast!" He actually sounds serious, what a fucktard.
