Tractor
I just got a 51" Projection TV today. I'm finally getting rid of my 19" POS. Got a question though. This model doesn't have a protective screen in front of the main screen. I looked into the Mighty Shield system that they sell. Its a custom installation job and costs like $280 for them to come over and do it. I'm a do it yourself kinda guy for sure so any ideas? Can you buy a kit or should I just get a glass company to cut me a nice plexi glass cover for it. What have people done? I've got a hook up on custom plexi glass back in Marietta from my car audio days so it would cost me like $5 for an 8x4 foot sheet. Nitrousbird
I don't have any shield on my 50" Toshiba. As long as you don't have children smashing their hands on it, or animals jumping on the screen, there really isn't a need for one.
