A guy at my work almost has his Cummins Dodge done and he said he wants to race my Mustang. He was disappointed before winter when it only put down like 980 ft-lbs.He uses his for pulling and last season broke a Dana 70!He also shows it and won a free set of tires at a burnout contest. The diesels definitely rule the torque game.

That sounds reasonable.Up until winter that guy at my work used his as his dd.He'd pull up beside you at a light and cover you in black smoke form his 5" exhaust. He only got me once and that was in my Toyota truck so it was funny.

my best buddy has a '96 cummins. over 1200lb ft and 650hp. anything around 950-1000lb ft isn't really that big of a deal. basic upgrades. but to get higher you'll need to spend some serious cash.
