There is no way he could go WOT and keep the front end on the ground in that configuration. He's probably babying the throttle around 3/4 to just keep it from flipping itself over. I don't think he is purposely popping the wheelies. It seems everytime he even hits the throttle the front end comes up. One insane/skillful man.
