Farkas
I decided I'd go out and get some pictures for you folks because I left you hanging with that teaser a while back. I didn't bring the Tri-pod with me so some came out a little blurry but you still get the idea.. enjoy BTW they are 15x8 +0 Sportmax 002 wheels with some 195/50/15's stretched on there. http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c8/eightsixgts/PB030103.jpg http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c8/eightsixgts/PB030106.jpg http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c8/eightsixgts/PB030102.jpg http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c8/eightsixgts/PB030092.jpg http://i24.photobucket.com/albums/c8/eightsixgts/PB030098.jpg

Bam
Looks sweet man. Where do you find the wheels with deep dish? I want some for my vw, 15's or 16's with a nice fat lip. what'd you pay for those?
Farkas
Alot of wheels made for RWD cars come with a deep dish because the offsets are closer to 0 or negative as opposed to the FWD wheels where there's a huge positive offset and you can't have a lip like that. I got mine for 450 shipped

Dr. Apex
Nice! Man you really had to strech those 195's onto 8" wide wheels. Why not go a little wider and get more rubber under there?

Farkas
Nice! Man you really had to strech those 195's onto 8" wide wheels. Why not go a little wider and get more rubber under there? I really like the stretched tire look on wide wheels and also there are some benefits of stretching tires.. but the biggest reason I did it was because I would have some serious rubbing issues if I ran a wider tire too. I already had to roll my rear fenders to keep the 195's from rubbing. Not a big deal to me, I have another set of wheels I use for the track anyhow. where did you pick the wheels up at? any information you can give me would help. They can be found on alot of websites but it's hard finding people with them in stock because apparently they're all on like a 2-3 month backorder. BUT, it seems a couple folks on Ebay stocked their shelves with them so that's your best bet. I ended up getting my set off Ebay as well for 480 shipped. Watch out for curbs and potholes! I like your reasoning but one bad road will bend those badboys GUARANTEED. Just a carguy FYI.http://www.floridacarclub.com/forum/images/smilies/character0182.gif Yeah, I'm pretty worried about curbing the wheels now.. the lip sticks out quite a bit. are the 002 a discontinued wheel? and are these the same wheels? I'm not positive if they make any different sizes but I found some more of what I bought on ebay.. V http://search.ebay.com/search/search.dll?sofocus=bs&sbrftog=1&from=R10&catref=C6&satitle=ae86+15+x+8&sacat=-1%26catref%3DC6&bs=Search&sargn=-1%26saslc%3D2&sadis=200&fpos=ZIP%2FPostal&ftrt=1&ftrv=1&saprclo=&saprchi=&fsop=1&fsoo=1 And yeah, they're still made new so you might be able to contact Sportmax directly and get info from them about the wheels. The bolt pattern is a 4x100 and 4x114.3 on these just a FYI.

My father is looking for wheels and alot of people run the panasport i was trying to help him find something different.
