If you are looking for a diet in a bottle, don't that are pills that can really help but usually go for around 80 to 100 dollars for a months supply but require a Dr. perscript. SO I will be on a liquid diet and unable to talk for a while. I will also be unable to do cardio for a few weeks. So pretty dumb of me to enter if I am allowed, but I am being told by my doctor to lose 30lbs also. SO pm me the info if I decide to come.
