He is purchasing all the supporting parts, so I think he will make every bit of 680whp. We have made over 700whp with out 67mm T3 turbo kits on Evos, so its realistic. If I had the money to go forged and make this thing sound at higher psi with a bigger turbo, I would have done it for certain.
