Beau B
We have about 350 miles on the e36 turbo kit. The car is a 94 325 M-Tecknik car, so basically looks identical to a M3 but has the smaller 2.5 engine instead of the 3.0 or 3.2. We have two trips to the dyno and one to the dragstip. Car is running near perfectly. The 2.5L is untouched. Running just under 11psi on pump gas with 10.5 CR. http://www.turbochargingdynamics.com/Gallery/pics/361_1176496901.jpg http://www.turbochargingdynamics.com/Gallery/pics/365_1176499117.jpg http://www.turbochargingdynamics.com/Gallery/pics/347_1174943710.jpg When we made the trip to the dragstrip they were only timing the 1/8 mile because the end of the track was wet from flooding. This was his first time to the track with this chassis, engine, turbo, etc. Car is full weight plus stereo. Only item removed was the spare tire. Bolted on the 8" slicks and made a few runs. First time out he had his personal best 60 foot time and the 2nd time it went even quicker. http://www.turbochargingdynamics.com/Gallery/pics/399_1177253922.jpg This 1/8 mile time equates to a 12.3 @ 114+. My red 535is was a little slower in the 1/8 when it went 12.37 @ 114.87. Nate1647545505
Awesome. Nice to see another FI BMWer around these parts. M50's have alot better luck with the thicker HG's \ headstud route Rock on.
Beau B
Yeah we are just trying to see how far we can push it with the stock headgasket and headstuds before we move on to the next step.

Beau B
Keep giving her the good octane. Is that a 60-1 HiFi on a cartech/AA manifold? It is our own manifold that we have designed. Our kit etc.. Intercoolers are made by Bell Engineering however.. just getting ready to put it into production, want to have kits on the shelf before we release it.. As for the no front bumper that was just to show the size of the intercooler
