I've scanned the article. The picture was taken by your's truly at Civic Park by my house, and John Rutan (RUTAN TA) was credited with the tune. I'm not sure if he is on here, but he is an IPS customer, and the AEM EMS was tuned by yours truly. This car has been around for a while, it was first worked on by Force Fed back in the day.
