Posting this for a friend, whom just purchased a house in Athens, and is attending OU, needs to find a couple roommates, looking for 275$ for rent which is somewhat negotiable, that includes

 

 

cable

utilities

electric

 

Pets, are also not an issue with the exception of large animals.
