lemosley01
89 Fox convertible with the power driver's seat from a 96 Cobra. The seat quit working today and is stuck in the back position, so I can't get to the bolts that bolt it to the floor. The fuses on the panel are ok, if there is another fuse, I am not aware of it and the car obviously didn't come with this seat. It appears everything in the car still works, which makes me think it is wired separately Anyone know how to detach the seat from the railing so I can work on it? God I hate power accessories. Just more shit to break down.
Kevin R.
I don't know where the fuse is, but I am almost positive that is what it will be if it just quit working, especially since it isn't the stock seat. I know my died and I didn't even think (my fuses are under the dash ..not sure about foxs) to look there, but turns out that is all it was. Dave1647545494
should be a plug at the seat motor or near it hotwire it and see if it moves
Vulcan900
I know in my 95 GT, right before I got rid of it the drivers side power seat started to not work. It wouldnt go on its own, but if I helped push and ran the controls it would still move. Dont know if you have tried that.
