The only difference is that it does not have the blue tooth capability. It is hardly used really. Bought it for the car he got but the car came with an alpine deck already so... Just shoot an offer. The reason is I want to find out what colors the thing lights up. Pioneer changed there colors on most of the higher end HU's last year. I am hoping for red.
