They are also planning on cloning everyone so that if you die before the age of 50 your replacement is sent in. The article says 'its the officers choice if they want to do a breathalizer or a blood sample, if you refuse you can lose your license up to a year'. If its not true then at the very least demand they do it at a hospital with trained personel in a sterile environment. No way would I let a cop take my blood, no way. I cant think of a more invasive procedure being done on a person who's technically not even in custody. Tim's right, one lawsuit is all it will take. I dont think this is really done in Franklin county here, but SURELY in fairfield if you drive drunk and refuse, youll get hammered either way.
