How much of the 8 acres are mowable? there is about 6 acres to mow but in my offer on the house i asked for the zero turn 48inch cut lazer mower he has and he said yes so im good there. he said it takes two hours to mow it. the other 2.7 acres are all woods with wide trails all though them. and im north east of merango up off county road 20.
