Here's the room/area where the tv will end up being wall mounted. Have to get rid of the HUGE entertainment center still and come up with a setup for my components. Also, the floor standing speakers will be going away as well once my sub arrives.

Old 32" Standard TV

And I couldn't resist taking it out of the box and making sure it worked properly. Recognized 66 HD channels with no HD box.

A friends of mine works for a Armstrong cable here in town and he told me not to buy a Vizio because the picture is junk but everytime i have looked at one they seem to look great to me and the price is in my range

I looked at all of them at Walmart and the vizio had the best picture of all. Of course the unit I bought is for work use so, that is not as important to me. At home I have a 50' 1080 Samsung... I did a lot of research on that one and it has a great picture.

+1 I had been researching for about 3 weeks before I finally chose. I've read literally 100's of reviews and other than a 42" LG 1080p that Sears had for $1099 (that wasn't in stock in the entire country), I couldn't find a better deal than the $899 I paid for this one.

there isn't a problem with Vizio's

they are quality made, they just sell at a super small mark-up and sell buttloads, that's how they make their profit

A fifty foot TV is fucking huge.

Those are both really good deals. Thanks for posting the links.

follow up with this if yuo have any problems or not.

Definitely will. Will probably take some pictures during the install process. Have to come up with an entertainment center to house everything, so hopefully it'll look pretty nice once it's all completed.
