V8 Beast
Of the scheduled line up of cars that will be flying our way in the next 18 months what car impresses you the most? Dodge Challenger Chevrolet Camaro Nissan GT-R Toyota FT-HS concept (will possibly be the next "supra") Audi R8-RS (possibly a v10) Chevrolet Corvette ZR1 I just found this... http://www.automobilemag.com/new_and_future_cars/2009/0701_2009_acura_nsx/index.html WOW!! Nate1647545505
ZR-1 For me. Why? Crack open the 03-04 Terminator bottom end, it's the domestic 2JZ. Hopefully it's the same for the ZR-1 Bottom end. GM's new model based engine management kicks ass. If they play their cards' right, it should really pack a punch when properly upgraded. Its rumored that it will have the first MAF based system that will flow over 512/g sec, FINALLY. Thank you Allah.
Drewhop
If at all possible if the new NSX came out and actually looked like that would be all over it. But it probally wont have enough leg room so i would have to stick to being jammed in the Zr1

large_x7
I'd have to go with GT-R. I'm a sucker for Japanese styling, and it will do for supercars what the original NSX did in 1991: take on Ferrari and Porsche, at half the price. BTW, that NSX concept is a few years old. I saw it at the auto show and it may photograph well, but it looks pretty plain in person. By contrast, the Honda HSC (from 2003) was a much nicer design that recalls the mid-engine layout of the current car: http://www.vtec.net/news/news-item?news_item_id=162105
lawnman
I have 3 kids , so it is the Camaro or Challenger for me . I would have to see them in person first though.

Nitrousbird
Challenger: Too retro, 4100lbs (what a pig), Camaro will most likely get the LS3 = more HP than this thing too. Camaro: Concept is still a little more retro than I'd like, but way better than the Challenger, most likely faster and cost less too. Should be pretty awesome. GT-R: Ricey wing (fixable), looks too much like a 350Z. Interior looks nice from the pics, but I'd rather have a Z06 for the money. FT-HS: The "Supra replacement" is a Hybrid. Sad. Toyota seems to want to stay on the bland path they have been on for years, counting on Lexus to sell anything remotely exciting. R8-RS: pretty awesome, but that's way more expensive than everything else listed too...... ZR1: Pure sex. Must have one. Or 2.

excell
I'd say the ZR-1 with a close second being the GT-R. I don't think I would ever actually BUY a GT-R, but there is just something about it I like...
Skinner
All Gay compared to a pos 98 gtp, yes most defentitly. I would say Camaro or Challenger do to the family factor. If thats not a issue then the RS 8.

Farkas
If what they say actually comes true, the new AE86: http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/07/ae86_bc_03.jpg http://www.blogsmithmedia.com/www.autoblog.com/media/2007/07/ae86_bc_02.jpg There's talk that it will have a 150hp high revving motor in a lightweight chassis UNDER 2300 lbs, OH and did I mention RWD? There's talk of it hitting the showroom end of 2008, but I'm still very, very skeptical since a lot of the specs are vague, but price is to be listed right around 16k too. V8 Beast
With all of the new age requirements the cars either weigh too much or cost too much. If the car above comes out at a 16k price it will be pretty badass. Edit: I still wouldnt buy one though :burn:
