been looking for some good pizza in the Westerville/Worthington area...some of the smaller mom and pop places...Pizza Hut/Dominoes/Papa John's/etc. all suck, sure they're great for a cheap "pizza" but i really dont like them. i like the kind of pizza you have to use a fork to eat, cheesy, greasy, and the pepperonis are tucked underneath.....mmmm.

any suggestions?

Agreed the one by us constantly runs a special buy 1 get 2 free for pickup only. Theres a reason, their pizza sucks. Their wings aren't that bad though.

Flying Pizza above all else.

I vote Wholly Joes. Their Chicago pizza is twice baked, takes 45 minutes and it a TRUE knive and fork pizza. I recommend Pepporni and sausage. It is phenominal, true meaning of the word pie.

And they are right in the polairs/westerville/worthington "taint"

I just had some Grandmas Pizza the other night. It was some good shit. Youll have to look it up but I was told there is one in that area.

Bellaria is a pizza place from Youngstown that just opened up near Graceland. Pretty good stuff.

They used to have one over in Dublin, on 161 by Kroger. It was pretty good, different but good but didn't last long.

If you find yourself over in the Dublin area, do yourself a favor and stop at Enrico's, it's off Frantz near the Dub Pub and Fish Bone. Try their Capacola Ham, everything there is good. Grandview has Panzerra's, it rocks and Rotolo's are popping up everywhere these days. Bottom line, a good pie is worth the drive!

Both of these places came highly recommended to the fiancée and I and we were so underwhelmed. Both were just "meh" - Columbus pizza. Columbus pizza blows.

We're thick crust pizza people, especially Chicago-style thick crust pizza people. The thicker the better! Though I love all kinds of pizza. We've tried a lot of places here looking for the best and most are just regular pizza. Columbus pizza. :( Can't wait to get back to Chicago for Gino's East.

Carsonies is off of 270 and state st (route 3)... act like you're going to iron pony and it's right after the light at the super america. They have good pizza and calzones. They have alunch buffet too which is pretty cheap and good:)

There is also Bella Pizzaria, they used to be right next to iron pony, but i think they moved to 161 and cleveland???
