There is at least some validity to the site, although I'll agree that the varying results are strange when you re-enter the same address. Some people around me I can verify though, so who knows what the deal is....

In the 500 acre field behind my parents house there is a child molester, 2 robbers, a rapist, "performance by a child, and a criminal use of a firearm. The last one was probably legit, someone hunting rabbit out of season. Not me this time though. It's obviously BS but mildly entertaining.

Some of it is BS, but there were a couple names that popped up that I knew were felons, so I think some of them are right, and just to make it more interesting they throw in a couple made up names.
