Up for sale is my 1990 eagle talon FWD

167k on chassis 1500 on motor (Spun rod bearing)

Head was rebuilt 5k miles ago-new valve stems and cleaned.

Motor is Eagle Weisco 9.1

Balance shaft removed

Balanced Crank

Clevite bearins

ARP head and rod studs

New oil pump + Pick up tube.

New water Pump.

Installed

Aeromotive AFPR with SBR AN install kit

2g exhaust manifold

14b turbo with 7cm exhaust housing

atmosherical o2 dump

2.5 down pipe

2.5 test pipe

2.5 catback (Pacesetter)

Gr2 struts in the front

Front and rear Prothane engine bushings

Energy Suspension Control arm bushings

New Sway bar ends links and Ball Joints

2nd gen wheels (1 leaks due to chrome peel)

Ecu is rebuild with 5k on it

New battery 5k

Fuel filter 5k

o2 sensor (bosch) 5k

Momo Shifter (Came with the car)

Not installed but included

255 fuel pump with brand new sock

2 extra front seats (non rainbow)

Rear Gr2 struts

Stock wheels with good tread.

2nd gen throttle body elbow.

Hallman RS boost controller

Boost gauge

Hawk front pads

Extra coil pack

Things needed fixed

Rod bearing obviously

Headliner sags

1 dent in fender and headlight cover

Roof needs painted and has small surface rust

Drivers side headlight is stuck up

Tranny has slight grind in 3rd

Car also has no power streering and or a/c

Basically I've poured all my money into it and I'm forced to sell I should have pictures up soon.

walbro pumps are like 100 bucks new , just go buy one. Anyways how did it spin the bearing? did you buy it that way? did you re place the oil pump when you did the rebuild? is it oem oil pump or some off brand? who re built the motor? still have the external oil cooler on it? rust on the car? That might help you sell the car, GOOD LUCK with the sale. Im in the market for a dsm, just not a fwd one, and one that is bone stock, I will tell people about your car also

Its a secret, it will be fwd and slow, im trying to save money not spend it all on gas here.

 

The car has 1 spot of surface rust on the roof maybe 1 inch x 1mm. No rust on frame or rails.

 

External oil cooler is still on the car.

Should be an oem oil pump, I can check.
