Gergwheel1647545492
What gauge wire should I run to a light duty 2 post car lift? it is going to be at most 80 ft away from the breaker box, and will most likely be a 25 amp breaker. What size should the wire be for this lift. It is 220v if that makes any difference.
Mensan
Consult the National Electric Code (NEC).
Guest GMoney
Whats the FLA of the motor that is what will determine the wire size, but 10 should be fine for the 80 feet in conduit and 25 amps.

Thanks that is what i needed to hear. I found that 10 is good for 30amp circuit, so it should be fine for the 25 amp we are going to have.
