tripleGmax Posted April 14, 2008 Report Share Posted April 14, 2008 http://www.cbsalary.com/ - try that site for info. helpdesk is just about always underpaid, because its the bottom pit of the IT. i mean you dont need a degree to do helpdesk. i worked help desk for 2 years and i was underpaid. see if they will get you certs so you can get the hell out of the helpdesk and start making better money in IT.
