I didn't have to sell it, but school has really started to take up most of my time, and it was the smart thing to do. Besides, I haven't driven it since August (it made the trip to Michigan to pick up my truck), and it didn't make much sense to pay for it to sit in the garage. Doubt I'll get another one. Another CR "school casualty". If I had a nickel for everyone on this site who wised up around your age and sold their toy, I'd have a lot of nickels. Seriously, it's a smart move. When I was about 22 (I had been in the Air Force for about a year) I told myself that I wasn't gonna buy a "nice" car until I had two things: 1. A good, steady, money making career 2. A house with a garage So I sold my '93 Cobra and drove some other assorted stuff until I finished my degree and got out of the Air Force. And 10 years later, it was still a good decision. Finish school, get a good job, enjoy that insurance break at 25, start putting money away for retirement.
