SilverEvo8owner
I have had to reformat my hard drive and i want to get my songs back on the PC. Is there anyone with a free program that will do it? Thanks in advance

Nitrousbird
You don't need a program at all. Click Here Basically you just go the My Computer, go to your iPod, and copy the files over to your PC. They are hidden files, so you need the PC to be set to see them, and once on the PC, you just need to unhide them. Very simple.

Some songs lose their ID tags, and all the songs have their file names changed to a 4 character name. Just use a program.
