Steve R.
For the past two months i have not been very gentle with my car, no dumping the clutch or any wreckless operations. Today i noticed while i was sitting at a stop sign, that when i push in my clutch it makes a snapping, or popping noise. this happens only every few times you push the clutch. the clutch still has full operation. Any ideas as to what may be causing this? Video(it sounds louder than it actually is on the video) http://s252.photobucket.com/albums/hh39/sredman09/?action=view¤t=CIMG0483.flv
Dave1647545494
how old is the clutch? it sounds like the adjuster but it shouldn't be making noise all the time....
Steve R.
how old is the clutch? it sounds like the adjuster but it shouldn't be making noise all the time.... i am not sure, the guy i bought it off of said something about a new clutch, but i don't really recall whether he said there was a new clutch in it or if it needed a new clutch. Drew2o2
Steve, Put the car in first gear with it off and pull up on the clutch pedal to tighten the factory adjustment. If that dosent cure the issue you can bring it by my house sometime and ill take a look at it.

rl
Get an aftermarket quadrant and firewall adjuster. Sounds like the stock self adjuster took a dump.
