zeitgeist57
I have some rotting wood along a deckline on one of my rental homes. It's right by the back door, and I have a quote for a whole new pre-hung exterior door ($200-$300) plus all materials and labor to be $1000...total cost near $1300. I just need someone else that is a handyman/contractor to take a second look and let me know if it looks to be the same amount of work. TTQ B4U
Very good to know. I'm sure I'll be in touch as we have a few projects around the house that I don't care to do or put time towards. excell
You won't be sorry. He's done work for me at my office and at home, I would hire him always even if I wasn't related.
MrMeanGreen
Agreed. He does work for the CEO of Bath & Body Works, some high-end people in Bexley, etc.
smokin5s
Anthony, does he do it for our current CEO or the old one? I knew that the old one (like 5 years ago) lived in Bexley, but I wasn't aware that our current CEO did.
