Both girls are very cute but very shy also. They really dont care what kind of a job it is as long as it doesnt involve talking to a lot of people (like I said, they are shy), and it pays money (I know what you guys are thinking... Stop it... Although they will be working with people it will not be a big deal to make awkward small talk with the occasional customer. Banks love to hire cute girls.
