Smokey
great person, pretty much the standard that people should compare themselves to if they wish to achieve true greatness. I realize it's hard to summarize someone's life in just one article, but to casually call him a racing enthusiast is far off the mark. This article goes a bit deeper in detail on his racing career. Many people say that if he had started racing at a younger age that he would easily have been a world champion. http://www.huffingtonpost.com/steve-parker/paul-newman-race-car-driv_b_129953.html
Buteo
He was a great car guy, but even a better person. He donated hundreds of millions of dollars to charity. He also started "Hole in the Wall gang camps" which helped terminally ill children.
TTQ B4U
That's how he was said he wanted to be remembered and known. Kudos to him many times over for giving to others. Too bad many, many more of the extremely successful and wealthy don't do this as he did (lots do, but most don't...not to such large levels.) He was a great car guy, but even a better person. He donated hundreds of millions of dollars to charity. He also started "Hole in the Wall gang camps" which helped terminally ill children.
